Current yearly price list supersedes all previous price lists.
All prices are quoted in $US dollars and subject to change without notice. Prices do not include Federal, State or other sales or use tax as well as freight charges. All payments are COD or by use of Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Terms of net 30 days are upon approval an established credit. Midway Stainless Corp. reserves the right to review, accept or reject all purchase orders. Purchase orders are considered valid only after written acknowledgement is received by the customer. Midway Stainless Corp. will arrange shipping as a courtesy to our customers with 3rd party billing or pre-pay and added to the invoice. Midway Stainless Corp. will ship orders by a method it deems advisable to meet delivery requirements unless otherwise instructed by the customer in writing.
Returned Goods
Merchandise that is shipped direct from the manufacturer or is a non-stock item is subject to a factory restocking charge. Custom manufactured items, made to order items & used items are not returnable. The customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways, unless it is a Midway Stainless or vendor error. In stock items may be returned, in it’s original carton, within 30 days of invoice. To insure proper handling & credit of return, just follow these 3 simple steps;
1. Call our Customer Support Staff & explain the problem.
2. Your Customer Support Representative will issue a Return Goods Authorization # (RGA).
3. Simply return the merchandise in it’s original box if possible.
Please pre-pay the freight, we do not accept C.O.D. returns.
Shipping
Midway Stainless reserves the right to use the carrier of their choice. However we will always strive to choose the best way possible, with the most efficient carrier and with the best price. For an additional charge, we offer Next Day, Second Day & Third Day Services.
Next Day Service – offers delivery to the following business day
Second Day Service – offers delivery to the second business day
Third Day Service – offers delivery to the third business day
Next day (Saturday) delivery is available, in limited markets
